Iran is ready to resume nuclear negotiations with Washington as long as it is handled with "respect" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said exclusively dialogue was effective, and revealed recent overtures had come from go-betweens to restart discussions with the US government. He said Iran did not have secret atomic facilities, and Iran was not yet able to authorize the global atomic watchdog to access struck enrichment centers for safety concerns.

Navigating a Difficult Route
